How long should you wait b4 taking puppies from the mom?.?

Answers:
I don't know where these experts get their info. But it can be done 6 to 8 weeks after birth. Don't take my word for it
8 to 12 weeks
I would wait at least for the four to six weeks, thay really need to have the mothers milk.
8 weeks at the earliest
umm i think its 6-8 weeks but i would go with 8 weeks just to be safe.. and make sure they have all their vaccines
8 weeks
until they dont neen the moms boobies
8 weeks. Simply because there are many things she and the "pack" teaches them that they may not make good pets without.
Ideally, 8 weeks. If the mom is not generating enough milk to supply all of the pups before 4 weeks, you need to go and get mother's milk sustitute. It is expensive, but the pups need to get as much nutrients as possible before they are weaned. The mom usually lets the pups know when it's time to switch to "gruel", because she will start pushing the pups away.
Make sure the pups get their distemper and parvo shots as soon as the vet ok's it (usually at 6 weeks).
8 weeks--my sister's dog just had pups--her vet saya 8 weeks.
I heard that it should be at least 8 weeks.since they are still nursing but i got my puppy when she was only 5 weeks old since her mom didnt nurse her anymore.she was sooo cute..i have a yorkie..=)
I'd say about 2 months too three months. . . Maybe a month. I took a litter of four kittens from their Mum when they were only a month old, they're all fine, exxcecpt Tygur still suckles on furry blankets almost like he's feeding. . .
I'm thinking maybe between 5-8 weeks. You never really know, i guess it has to do with instinct. But you have to make sure that they aren't sick, oh and make sure they have had their vacines. Good Luck : )
6-8 weeks old..you don't wanna take them too early!
you should not take them from mother until around 8 to9 weeks don't worry as even if they are not suckling from her she will still correct them but when she has had enough of feeding them she wont allow them to suckle she will tell them of if they try once you have weaned them of her but she will still correct them if they are naughty and allow her to do so as its good for the pups don't tell the mother of if she growls at her pups but don't let the pups go to new homes until they are at least 8weeks old but don't shut her in where she cant get away from them as its not fair to her she needs her rest and the pups wont leave her alone so once they are weaned you can put them away from her at nite. i train all my pups in a large play pen i always let them out for a run around but mainly i have them in a large play pen its safer and cleaner that way
