fatality from a black mamba bite can be as rapid as 60 seconds depending upon the size of the snake and its toxicity (dependant upon time span between venom being released). a snake doesnt always release its full potentia of venom every time it bites.
If you have been bitten then I would recommend not asking any more questions on daft sites and legging it asap to the nearest a%26e department.
(mambas are SO not 'now' sweetie, stingray is the big thing)

Hard to tell, because it depends if you stay calm or not, if you can keep your heart rate down by not stressing out , or try to run for help.If you correctly put the band on (so it can spread that fast.)
I'd say when you panic some 30 minutes, and if you act like you should an hour to an hour and a half.
