panda's are an endangered species and should be in a protected environment with vets and trained staff to look after them
How old is it? It could have one of hundreds of diseases so if you could be more specific about the symptoms it would help. It might have eaten a poisonous plant. How does the stool look in color? It might have Adult Gastrointestinal Disease or something that could be contagious if that is the case you want to isolate any other protected species from it.
i can't belive you have a pet panda do you realize how endangered they are? phone a zoo right now and ask their advice if you can't afford the treatment they may do it free if you hand the panda over to them like they say if you love her let her go pandas are not pets!
