Do you mean Arctic Fox? They are meant to be pets.
Arctic fox (Tiriganiaq in Inuktitut) are found in the far north mainly in the northern parts of Alaska, Nunavut and Northwest Territories, coasts of Greenland and Iceland. They can also be found in Scandinavia. Arctic Foxes are the only land mammals that are found farther in the north as the Polar Bear is partly aquatic.

Arctic foxes weigh around 6 to 10 pounds and are about 20 inches tall plus their tails are around 12 inches long. They can be gray-blue, which is rare, and white. They can't be seen until it is too late when they are hunting in the winter because of the whiteness of their fur. They are brownish gray in the summer time.

Arctic Foxes have the warmest fur of all mammals, even warmer than the Arctic Wolf and the Polar Bear. Males are called Reynards and females are Vixens and the baby foxes are called Kits. A group of foxes are called Skulk or Leash.

Arctic foxes are scavengers and will eat just about anything a polar bear leaves behind after the bear has feasted on their prey. They are also carnivores and they prey on small mammals like arctic hares, tundra voles, nesting seabirds like auklets, puffins and murres, lemmings, insects, fish and carrion, which are carcasses of animals they find. They will even kill baby seals if they can find the seal's den in the snow.

The enemies of the Arctic Fox are the trappers who want them for their fur and polar bears.

You dont.
They do NOT make good pets, are considered Exotic Pets and not allowed in many places in the US.

They have a high-pitched yip, plus their urine is pretty offensive. It's like a skunk.. Seriously smelly!

They simply are not meant to be pets.

I suggest you choose something else.

If you insist on getting one.. then

You better check your local laws regarding exotics and also find a VET who will not only trteat it but actuall;y knows how.
